Massage

Amy Wheeler is our nationally certified Massage therapist. She has been practicing since 1996 and has been teaching massage since 2004. She is currently a faculty member at the Cayce-Reilly School of Massage in Virginia Beach. Amy’s specialty is neuromuscular therapy. NMT involves working specific, often overlooked muscles to uncover and relieve the sources of chronic and acute pain. She also does more generalized massage and Reiki.

Since joining Body & Soul two years ago I have finally found an exercise regime that accomplishes much more than just a firmer core, better coordination and increased muscle tone.
