Class Schedules
Mat Classes:
INTRO TO PILATES is our program for beginners to learn
the Pilates mat exercises. Intermediate mat classes are scheduled in the
evening.
NIA is a dynamic cardio routine that combines elements
of dance, yoga and martial arts.
Reformer/Tower Classes
6 weeks, once a week.
(Must have at least 5 private sessions to join)
More classes will be added according to demand.
| Beginner mat classes start January 14, 2009. They will be held on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 10:15 am. Rate for 6 week session, twice a week $110 |
