Class Schedules
Mat Classes:
INTRO TO PILATES MAT is our program for beginners to learn
the Pilates mat exercises. Intermediate mat classes are scheduled in the
evening.
Reformer/Tower Classes
6 weeks, once a week.
(Must have at least 10 private sessions to join)
Barre-lates Classes
Use your punch card for these classes.
More classes will be added according to demand.
